Turkish bath

The turkish bath is a wellness treatment that makes use of a closed environment saturated with water vapor, with lower temperatures than a sauna (40–60°C) and humidity close to 100%, to purify the body, relax the muscles, and improve both respiration (also through the controlled diffusion of balsamic essential oils) and circulation, by opening the pores and promoting detoxification through deep sweating.
