Sauna

A sauna is a dry heat bath performed in a wooden cabin at high temperatures that causes intense sweating, both for physical purification (expulsion of toxins) and for promoting a general state of well-being, almost always promoted through sensory stimulation with appropriate essences and/or aromatic blends.
