Massage

Massage is a manual treatment aimed at promoting relaxation, muscle well-being, and overall revitalization. It can be performed for therapeutic or aesthetic purposes by applying controlled pressure and/or friction to the body.
The moisturizing and emollient properties of a vegetable oil used during massage greatly enhance the benefits of this practice, as they also transform it into a cosmetic treatment. Furthermore, the treatement can be enriched by combining an olfactory experience: by dissolving a few drops of an essential oil into the vegetable oil used, one can also benefit from its therapeutic properties.
