Description

There is no essential oil distilled from Nettle, which, moreover, has no odorous properties. Our essence therefore represents a deliberate perfumery creation: a very fresh, lively green note.

Our exclusive 13.5 ml (0.46 fl. oz.) bottle in special transparent neutral glass enhances the chromatic properties of the various oils: each is visible in its natural color, completely unique like the scent it releases. Each bottle is equipped with a special heat-shrinkable transparent polymer seal to guarantee (in accordance with the regulations) its tamper-proof nature.

Uses

Our Nettle fragrance is used in cosmetics (ideal for perfuming neutral bath products and aftershaves) and sometimes even in soap making.

Botany

A herbaceous plant widespread throughout the ancient world, the nettle prefers nitrogenous soil and is therefore found in abandoned lots, near homes, and in cool woodlands. It can grow up to two meters tall and has oval, serrated leaves and tiny yellow flowers. The entire plant is covered with stinging, salty hairs.
