Description

High-end perfumery fragrance.
PS: This product is also available as a pure natural essential oil.
Our Magnolia flower essence is the result of a long selection and processing of raw materials also present in the real flower of the plant. Its note reproduces with surprising realism the inebriating sensation you feel when "plunging" your nose among the welcoming petals of the fresh flower.

Our exclusive 13.5 ml (0.46 fl. oz.) bottle in special transparent neutral glass enhances the chromatic properties of the various oils: each is visible in its natural color, completely unique like the scent it releases.
Each bottle is equipped with a special heat-shrinkable transparent polymer seal to guarantee (in compliance with regulations) its tamper-proofness.

Extraction

Natural Magnolia flower essential oil (not this one) is obtained by steam distillation of fresh flowers and is a clear, brown liquid that releases a characteristic herbaceous-floral scent with a lively, green note. It blends well with the essential oils of ambrette, green anise, mugwort, hemp, carrot seed, coriander, rosewood, pink pepper, palmarosa, and liquid styrax.

Property

Long known for its antioxidant and antibacterial properties, the natural extract of the Magnolia flower (not this perfume fragrance) has represented a traditional remedy in Chinese medicine for centuries as a natural medicine indicated for the treatment of digestive disorders, anxiety and allergic diseases.

Uses

This product is commonly used in high-end perfumery, but it is also often used as a fragrance component in cosmetics and soap making.
It is also excellent for creating refined "olfactory atmospheres" using a diffuser.

Botany

Native to the southern United States, Japan, China, and Korea, Magnolia comprises approximately eighty species of flowering trees and shrubs, semi-evergreen or evergreen, deciduous, and highly ornamental. It features large, elliptical, leathery leaves, glossy and dark green on the upper surface, while the lower surface is paler and rusty. Most species flower in spring. The flowers are large and showy, varying in shape and color from variety to variety, but always highly fragrant. When well cared for, the plant grows majestically even in European gardens, often adorning them with its imposing presence.
