Description
There is no essential oil extracted from elderflowers on the market, so the essence is necessarily a perfumery composition. Our thematic fragrance represents a lovely floral scent - probably unique in its kind - characterized by a fresh and dry note with an undertone of pyrethrum that recalls the natural scent released at the beginning of summer by the blooming flowers.
Our exclusive 13.5 ml (0.46 fl. oz.) bottle made of special transparent neutral glass enhances the chromatic properties of the various oils: each is visible in its natural color, completely unique like the scent it releases. Each bottle is equipped with a special heat-shrinkable transparent polymer seal to guarantee (in compliance with the regulations) its tamper-proof nature.

Uses
Our elderflower fragrance is used in perfumery, cosmetics and soap making.
Botany
Elderberry is a shrubby plant growing up to six meters tall, widespread in Europe, North Africa, and Western Asia. It is very common along hedgerows, in submontane woodlands, and near country cottages, as well as on the outskirts of cities, where it represents a remnant of ancient wild vegetation.
It has lanceolate, pointed leaves with serrated edges. In late spring, small, fragrant whitish flowers bloom, which subsequently produce numerous small, black-purple berries.
