Description

Our Broom Flower Essence is a highly persistent floral fragrance crafted from high-quality perfumery, also using precious natural absolute.

Our exclusive 13.5 ml (0.46 fl. oz.) bottle, made of special transparent neutral glass, enhances the chromatic properties of the various oils: each is visible in its natural color, as unique as the scent it releases. Each bottle is equipped with a special heat-shrinkable transparent polymer seal to guarantee (in accordance with regulations) its tamper-proof integrity.

Extraction

From dried broom flowers, solvent extraction yields an absolute (the basic ingredient of our composition) with a rich, floral scent: intense, warm, and sweet, with a herbaceous-resinous undertone, sometimes reminiscent of hay. It blends well with the essential oils of bucco, mimosa, rose, tuberose, vetiver, and violet, as well as all essences with a herbaceous note in general.

Property

Natural Broom absolute (the basic ingredient of our fragrance) has mild narcotic properties and was used as a flavoring ingredient in fruit preserves and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Uses

Our Broom Flower essence is occasionally used in high-end perfumery, cosmetics, and luxury soap making.

Botany

Native to southern Europe, Broom is grown in Spain, France, Italy, and the USA as an ornamental shrub.
The plant grows up to three meters tall and has woody branches and very sturdy, flexible stems with glossy green leaves. The flowers, gathered in racemes, are large, yellow, and fragrant.
