Description

Our Acacia Flower Oil is a fine perfumery fragrance with a warm, rich floral note.
Our exclusive 13.5 ml (0.46 fl. oz.) bottle made of special transparent neutral glass enhances the chromatic properties of the various oils: each is visible in its natural color, as unique as the scent it releases.
Each bottle is equipped with a special transparent heat-shrink polymer seal to guarantee (in compliance with regulations) its tamper-proof integrity.

Extraction

Natural acacia essential oil is obtained through solvent extraction of the flowers, but the laboratories that produce it have now disappeared. For this reason, almost all commercial oils— ours included —are recomposed fragrances.

Affinity

Our Acacia Blossom fragrance blends beautifully with Bergamot, Elemi, Frankincense, Mimosa, Tuberose, Ylang Ylang, and Violet oils.

Property

The bark of the plant, thanks to its high tannin content, has long been used both to make natural mouthwashes and as a natural remedy for diarrhea. Acacia trees are also used to produce wood, gum arabic, and fibrous materials. The rare natural essential oil of acacia blossom is completely non-toxic and has antiseptic and astringent properties.

Uses

Our Acacia flower fragrance is widely used in perfumery (especially in floral or oriental colognes) and in the manufacture of soaps.

Botany

Also known as "Gaggia", these are bushy, thorny tropical and subtropical shrubs or trees, typical of the Australian and African savannahs.
Often grown in gardens as an ornamental, Acacia is a graceful little tree similar to Mimosa, reaching twelve meters tall, with bipinnate leaves and fragrant yellow flowers gathered in racemes.
