100% pure and concentrated essential oil of natural origin in an 11.3 ml (0.34 fl. oz.) glass bottle ; this product is completely free from: stabilizers, fixatives, pesticides, GMOs and treatments (even of semi-finished products) with gamma rays and has been packaged and sealed as it came, i.e., without having undergone any transformation and/or alteration of any kind and in the most diligent observance of all laboratory precautions. In accordance with EC Regulation 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, provided they are highly pure, many essential oils (including Cajeput) are declared "food flavourings" and can therefore be taken as supplements.

Extraction
Extracted by steam distillation of fresh leaves and twigs, Cajeput essential oil is a clear, green liquid with a strong, balsamic-camphoraceous, medicinal odor.
Affinity
Cajeput essential oil harmonizes excellently with the essential oils of: Cedar, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram and Red Thyme.
Property
Cajeput essential oil is completely non-toxic and, when used in moderation, is not even irritating. In the East, it is highly regarded as a remedy for respiratory ailments in general. It has balsamic, antiseptic, antiviral, purifying, expectorant, parasiticide, and anesthetic properties. It is also recommended for treating insect bites.
Uses
Cajeput essential oil is used in pharmacy in the formulation of mouthwashes and refreshing lotions and also as a flavoring agent in soap making.

Also known as the "paperbark tree", the Cajeput is a large evergreen tree that grows wild throughout Southeast Asia and Australia.
