Rosehip Oil: A Natural Regenerator for Skin and Nails

Origin:
Rosehip (Rosa affinis rubiginosa) grows wild in the Andean highlands of south-central Chile. Traditionally, the Araucanian Indians used its seed oil to treat wounds, burns, and chapped skin. How to use it :
  • Apply pure to the skin or areas to be treated.
  • Massage gently for 3-4 minutes until completely absorbed.
  • Also suitable for brittle and dull nails.
Main benefits
  • Regenerates the skin : rich in essential fatty acids that stimulate cell repair.
  • Fights wrinkles : promotes the natural synthesis of prostaglandins.
  • Treatment of wounds and abrasions : excellent natural remedy for damaged skin.
  • Nail and hair care : strengthens brittle nails and keeps skin elastic.
Why use it
It is not just a hydrating or protective oil: Rosehip oil is an authentic natural regenerator, ideal for those looking for an effective and scientifically proven cosmetic treatment.

Extraction

Rosehip oil is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of Rosa affinis rubiginosa, without the use of solvents or chemical processes. This mechanical extraction method maximizes the oil's natural components, maintaining intact the essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins that make it a valuable ingredient in natural cosmetics.

Cosmetic benefits

MAINTAINS normal skin elasticity and firmness.
PREVENTS and slows down skin aging.
REDUCES the appearance of scars and/or acne.

Botany

Rosehip is a plant native to Europe, now widespread in many regions of the Southern Hemisphere, where it can become an invasive species. It appears as a shrub up to three meters tall, with a taproot and drooping stems covered in thorns. The leaves are oval and serrated, and in summer the plant releases a characteristic apple scent. The pink or white flowers produce a false fruit containing the seeds from which the precious cosmetic oil is extracted, about two months after flowering.
