BLUEBERRY
Native to the northern regions of Europe and North America and similar to azaleas and rhododendrons, the blueberry is a spontaneous shrub belonging to the family Ericaceae, which grows in the undergrowth.
It is a many-branched deciduous shrub that grows up to sixty centimetres high; it has oval leaves and typical flower petals welded together and overturned downwards. The fruits - of bluish colour - are false berries as they are generated by petals, sepals and stamens (and by the ovary); in the past they were used not just for food but to dye fabric violet blue.
PROPERTIES
It is known that there is no natural essential oil actually extracted from blueberries; hence the essences found on the market are - without exception - compositions created by perfumers.
Our Blueberry fragrance is a tenacious and appreciated high perfumery composition with a unique fruity-sylvan note, very fresh, that leads the imagination to an atmosphere of underbrush.
It is used in perfumes with woody/fruity fragrance compositions, in cosmetics and in soaps.
Our exclusive bottle made of special clear neutral glass (0,48 fl. Oz. - 13,5 ml.) exalts the various oils' chromatic properties. The natural colour of each oil is clearly visible - an exclusive characteristic just like the perfume it gives off.
All bottles are fitted with a special, thermo-shrunk, transparent, polymer seal in order to guarantee intactness as required by law. |
