SESAME OIL (Sesamum indicum)
Obtained by cold pressing the plant’s seeds, sesame oil boasts excellent emollient, antioxidant and sebum restoring properties.
 It is particularly suitable for oily skins which absorb the oil perfectly. A widely-used excipient in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, it is employed above all as a lipid component for oleolites, lotions and ointments. Sesame oil is also recommended for use in sun-care products (protection factor 4).
